If you love creating, producing and mixing music using technology, then this course is the perfect way to develop your skills to the next level. The course is: Centred around music production sessions in Apple Mac technology suites and in studio and live sound, both in and outside the centre. Ideal for school leavers aged 16+. We work with producers, musicians, composers, DJs, audio technicians etc. For producers into creating and performing any style of popular music, from house and trance to dubstep and drum 'n' bass. Based around real-world projects with opportunities to record and showcase your work. There are opportunities to play out at events and club nights. Our students can also get involved in industry showcases, such as the Island Records talent showcase. Designed to give you more than music in that you will also gain valuable job skills and life skills. Linked to nationally-recognised music qualifications. Taught by producers at Birmingham, Bristol, Great Yarmouth, Lincoln, London - Stratford, Manchester, Norwich, York Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
