This framework is designed for people employed in team leading roles to help them develop the skills required to lead and manage effective teams. The NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading (QCF) includes both competence and knowledge units of the Intermediate Apprenticeship. Functional Skills in English, Mathematics and ICT are included. The Framework also builds in softer-skills such as communication, team working, interpersonal skills and the ability to reflect on personal learning. Management and Leadership skills have a major impact on the development, productivity and performance of organisations. Aimed at: Team Leaders, Section Leaders, Floor Managers, Help Desk Managers, Trainee Supervisors.
