UPDATED 20161209 10:15:06

The ability to run any form of commercial or public sector business successfully is a key skill. Level 2 is for those who are working or are intending to work in an administrative or office based environment, while Levels 3 and 4 are for those who have supervisory or senior positions within the business. At all levels, the qualifications are structured around mandatory and optional units so that the individual and the business can design a programme that is specific to the needs of the job.
