These qualifications cover a good grounding for a variety of hospitality areas such as; front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, cookery, and hospitality services.The NVQs are suitable for anyone either in full-time employment, on Level 1 basis. The maximum number of workplace visits will be one visit per calendar month. There will be an individually agreed programme of on and off the job training.
