These will include job roles which are dedicated to customer service such as Customer Service Trainee, Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Agent. A wide variety of other job roles within which customer service skills complement other technical skills at the Intermediate level also exist; and those undertaking such job roles are also likely to benefit from undertaking the Customer Service Intermediate Apprenticeship.
