Level 2 Apprenticeship in Retail

This course offers a broad curriculum designed to gain and develop the necessary skills in stock control, pricing goods, receiving goods, dealing with customer requests and queries, packaging and wrapping products, health and safety and ergonomics. You will also be employed in high street shops and other retail outlets. You can choose the qualification that demonstrates the specialist knowledge and skills at the level you have developed, such as: •Sales •Customer support •Stock control •Processing fresh goods •Visual merchandising •Management. You will learn on the job in the work environment and compile a portfolio of evidence for assessment. Sales Professional - These qualifications allow you to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in retail as a sales professional. Visual Merchandising - These qualifications allow you to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in visual merchandising for retail.
