This course offers a broad curriculum designed to gain and develop the necessary skills in food preparation, customer care, working relationships, hygiene in food storage and preparation and cooking, maintain food safely, prepare meals to meet relevant nutritional standards, present menu ideas, convert a room for dining, dealing with payment, counter service, cleaning food production areas and health and safety and ergonomics.
