The Aim of this QCF Level 2 Diploma in Food Production and Cooking qualification is aimed at those working or who are seeking to start a career in Food Production. The qualification is taken whist in the workplace to allow hands on experience as you train. The qualifications are made up of a number of units, from which a selection is made to suit each individual’s job role. The programme gives recognition of candidates' skills, knowledge and understanding. It allows candidates to gain a qualification in the workplace that relates to their job area and promotes good working practice.
