Alexander technique is a simple method of self- help and powerful tool for self-development. It shows us how to move with maximum freedom and minimal effort. It teaches us to observe and identify harmful postural habits that can be the cause of stress, fatigue and pain. Through physical and mental activity we learn to release unnecessary tension and rediscover balance of mind and body.
