This practical course is underpinned with the theoretical knowledge and understanding required at this level for you to work safely in the salon. This course will extend your knowledge and build confidence in advance techniques. You will study: health and safety, promote additional products or services to clients, provide hairdressing consultation services, develop and enhance creative hairdressing techniques and skills, creative cutting techniques, style and dress hair to achieve a variety of creative looks, provide colour correction services and colour hair using a variety of techniques. You will gain an Level 3 NVQ in Hairdressing and be able to apply for work as a manager in salons, department stores, health farms, cruise liners work as a colour technician, cutting technician or run your own business.
