This is a 14-month programme, which includes day release fortnightly in either our Carlisle or Workington training centre and structured on-the-job training provided by the employer. This qualification would be appropriate to anyone aged 16 or above who have already achieved a Level 2 qualification in a similar within the children's workforce. You will be required to work independently, with guidance and support form your employer. At the end of this qualification you will receive a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support in Teaching and Learning. You will also achieve Functional Skills Level 2 Maths and ICT (where applicable).
