RWP Training offer Health and Social Care (Adult Care) Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in Cumbria and Lancashire. If you wish to become a adult carer, care worker, health care assistant, support worker or many other careers then the Health and Social Care (Adult Care) Apprenticeship could be for you! We offer a 18-month programme, which includes day release, fortnightly, in either our Carlisle or Lancashire training centres and structured on-the-job training provided by the employer. This qualification recognises the existing level of competency already delivered within the job role. This qualification would be appropriate to anyone aged 18 - 24 currently working within the health and social care sector. Candidates should already be employed in a role that necessitates a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility. At the end of this qualification you will receive an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care as well as an EDI Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care. You will also achieve Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English (where applicable).
