Are you kind, caring and looking for a rewarding career in childcare? The RWP Training Apprenticeship in Early Years Care and Education will offer you a 12 month programme of work-based learning. As a Childcare Apprentice, you will learn mostly whilst working in nursery or school setting with children aged birth to 19. Once you have been through the RWP selection process, we will help you find a company to employ you. One of our assessors will visit you to assess your skills whilst you work; this will be approximately every three to four weeks. You will also attend off the job training in either our Carlisle or Workington training centre on a fortnightly basis up to work on technical skills.
