Units have different credit values and to achieve the Certificate students must gain a total of 28 credits. Mandatory units: -Communicate using customer service language -Follow the rules to deliver customer service Worth 8 credits Optional units: -Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude -Do your job in a customer friendly way -Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems -Deal with customers face to face 20 credits must be achieved This course is offered as part of Greenbank College’s Study Programme for young people aged 16 to 18 (up to 24 with an education Health Care Plan). As well as a Vocational Study Area (this course) students will also be expected to continue to study English and Maths (if not already achieved at GCSE A* to C) plus undertake an employability qualification, complete a work experience placement and take part in a weekly Enrichment sessions.
