Retail Operations Overview This qualification covers the many areas within retail and can be applied across a broad range of sectors and job roles. It will provide people with the skills and knowledge to assist customers on the sales floor, handling purchases and taking payments right the way through to visual merchandising or working in a specialist department where they can become a product expert, able to help with specific queries. Alternatively, their job role may be behind the scenes in stock handling; ensuring products are received in the correct quantities and appropriately stored.
