This program is designed to make your training as realistic, effective and enjoyable as possible. You will carryout physically and mentally strenuous P.T (physical training) every day while on programme preparing you for your final 3 day exercise when you will put into practise everything you have learnt during your training. Some of the activities you will be participating in: ADVENTURE TRAINING, DRILL, COMBAT FIRST AID; MAP READING, SELF DISCIPLINE, TEAM WORK
