We are currently looking for individuals to join our Advanced Technical Apprenticeship Programme, which we are delivering within a number of different technical areas across the business. These opportunities range from Field based positions where you will learn how to service some of our major customers out on the road, to technical office based positions where you will learn all about our network and how we provide specific telecoms solutions to our customers. Whichever part of the business you complete your apprenticeship in, the programme will be delivered through a structured training and development plan, which will give you the solid foundations to kick start your career in telecommunications. We’re looking for bright and talented individuals to join our Apprenticeship Scheme. You will have an interest in technology with no/limited work experience, and the drive and passion to succeed in a fast paced environment. The majority of your classroom-based training will be delivered at our very own technical training college based in Birmingham, where you will have the opportunity to train on an extensive range of equipment, specifically set-up for training purposes. Year 1 of your technical training will provide you with a broad understanding of all the products and services that we offer our customers, setting you up to then focus on the specific technical elements of your particular role in Year 2. As well as this classroom based training, you will be given on-the-job training, and access to a wide range of e-learning tools to enhance your competence and capability within your role.
