"Signature Accredited" and Formally Recognised Qualification "BSL the preferred Language used in the Deaf community" (2 hours per week for 36 weeks course following the academic school year) You will actively participate in signed conversations with tutor and peers within an enthusiastic, fun and engaging setting. Students will learn to converse with the members of the Deaf and hearing-impaired community covering a wide range of topics required for conversational and social engagement. We also will plan and participate in visiting the Deaf community setting to develop and promote skills learnt. Learners are always thrilled at the warm welcome they receive when using the skills developed in the class and shared with within the Deaf community. You will be surprised that the classroom environment is fun, engaging and not taught as a traditional course, but with lots of fun, laughter and motivation developed from tutor and peers to support fun filled learning!
