BII Award for Personal Licence Holder (Resit)

This new qualification has been designed by the BII in response to the Licensing Act 2003. Upon successful completion, students will then be able to apply for a Personal Licence. This will, in turn, allow them to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol. People within the licensed trade who have been designated or plan to become Personal Licence Holders and those wishing to pursue a career in the licensed trade.

Entry requirements

Examination fees are payable at enrolment. All students must be enrolled on to the course two weeks before the advertised date. This is the time required to order exam papers from the BII and so if not enrolled an exam paper cannot be guaranteed. The awarding body has very strict guidelines in place to ensure that a candidate's identity is valid. You will therefore be required to bring with you on the day personal identification documents such as a passport or driving licence (if a new licence, we will need to see both the paper and the card parts) For further information please contact Sue Wilkins on 01604 734242 or Gemma Knott on 01604 734187.
