Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 in Vehicle Parts (VRQ) This comprises of specialist off-the-job training at our brand new facilities- Mercedes-Benz Apprentice Academy based at our headquarters in Milton Keynes. You will attend the Academy on a block release basis with residency in a local hotel where you will enjoy your own room and additional leisure facilities. The qualification covers all the techniques for today's industry: Selling parts, Improving customer service, Commercial awareness, Stock taking and Stock management. As part of this qualification you will undertake online multi-choice testing and a range of off-the-job assessments with 50% assessed in a practical work environment.
