The programme is made up of a combination of qualifications: Combined knowledge and competency qualification - Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT will be integrated into the programme to provide support to ensure that key skills are at the appropriate level to take your job forward. Personal learning and thinking skills (PLTS) The Apprentice will spend most of the time working with the employer gaining valuable experience and contributing to the administrative functions. This qualification is for people who want to improve their administrative and possibly supervisory skills, people who have responsibility for their area of work and other business functions. These roles can include: Secretary, receptionist, administrator, personal assistant, office supervisor/manager.
