This course may be delivered as a stand-alone NVQ or as part of an Apprenticeship programme. At this level you will be informing strategic decision making, managing budgets, planning and implementing change, leading teams and managing programmes of complimentary projects. The programme lasts approximately 18 months, includes a mixture of work place training and assessment, workshops, work place projects and on-line support. The course aims to be challenging, yet fun. A wide range of assessment methods are used.
