This course aims to develop and recognise students’ ability to apply their skills in ways that are appropriate to different contexts. Students can improve their quality of learning and performance. You will be required to undertake the Higher Apprenticeship in Management and Leadership, which includes: Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership (QCF), ILM Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management and Employment Rights and Responsibilities (embedded throughout the apprenticeship). Name: Higher Apprenticeship in Management and Leadership Qualification title: BTEC Certificate in Management and Leadership (QCF) Qualification type: Apprenticeship Assessment Learner will build a portfolio of evidence using an e-portfolio to prove their competence. Learners will be visited by an Assessor within their place of work every 6-8 weeks. Learners will also work towards ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and Employment Rights and Responsibilities. Entry requirements

Learners will produce an e-portfolio of evidence. The assessor has access to a tablet which they will use at assessment visits to upload and assess work and in between visits.
