This course is designed to help students develop the skills and qualities essential to be a successful supervisor within the hospitality industry. At Northampton College, this is delivered through the supervision of students within the Colleges Restaurants and other Front of House areas. Students who are already competent at an operational level and who wish to progress to a more challenging role within the Front of House areas of the Hospitality Industry.

This is supplemented by a selection of assignment work together with some written short answer packs to assess understanding of the underpinning knowledge.
