An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service is for anyone already working in the motor industry (ideally behind the reception desk) and wants to demonstrate their competence and knowledge abilities in the field of customer service. The purpose and aim of this qualification is to provide practising customer service professionals with the opportunity to review their approach to customer service (what they do and how they do it), with the aim of raising their customer service performance for the future. There is a Level 3 Customer Service qualification available to progress onto once you have completed the Level 2.
