The Advanced Level Management Apprenticeship will develop your skills to include planning, allocating and monitoring the work of a team, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, project management, agreeing budgets and managing customer service. To achieve the Apprenticeship in Management you must achieve the following components: Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management through City and Guilds plus a Level 3 Certificate in Management Principles. You will also undertake functional skills qualifications in Mathematics, English and ICT to Level. Depending on previous qualifications you may be exempt from all or some of these.
