This Apprenticeship aims to provide the skills and knowledge required to become competent in supporting Health Professionals. Various support roles exist within the health sector, for example porter, housekeeper, switchboard operator, gardener, records management, ward clerk, etc. These roles are central to the smooth running of healthcare services. Designed as a work-based programme this Apprenticeship includes qualifications at QCF Level 3. You will undertake the Diploma in Healthcare Support Services (QCF) at Level 3. You will also take functional skills cerificates in English and Maths to level 2.
