The Intermediate Apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance includes Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations, Technical Certificate Level 2, Functional Skills Level 1 in Application of Number and Communication, Employment Responsibilities & Rights and Personal Learning & Thinking Skills. The Technical Certificate Title will depend on the type of area you are working in. You will work in the workplace 4 days a week and attend our centre 1 day per week to work towards these qualifications. You will also be visited in the workplace by your assessor on a regular basis.
