Management in international trade is broadly aimed at supervisors who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of small teams. While this includes roles such as junior office manager the qualification is solely aimed at a discrete level of organisational hierarchy. The qualification is intended to be the first stage in a progression leading to first line, middle and senior management. This qualification will be delivered to persons employed in a variety of roles within International Trade and Logistics (Export, Import, Shipping Line, Forwarding, Transport and Warehousing).
