Administration will help you gain practical skills through a range of activities completed in the workplace. These skills will include general confidence, experience of working in a team and a mix of practice and theory linked to the profession including customer services, reception, financial transactions, computer use, telephone skills and filing. On completion of the course you will receive an NVQ which recognises the practical work you have done, a technical certificate which builds your knowledge for the NVQ and key skills qualifications which will demonstrate the high standard of your reading, writing, numeracy and IT skills.
