This course may be delivered as a stand-alone NVQ or as part of an Apprenticeship programme. During the course learners will cover the following areas: shaping, moulding, packaging, process control and inspection as well as health & safety and general housekeeping. This programme is suitable for those that work in the manufacturing industry, usually in a factory or workshop environment. Jobs roles include working on a production line, operating machinery or quality checking products etc. The programme is delivered via a series of work based visits and assessments.
