Certificate in Management NVQ Level 3 (Apprenticeship)

This course may be delivered as a stand-alone NVQ or as part of an Apprenticeship programme. During the course candidates will cover areas such as providing leadership, recruitment, planning and implementing change, managing a budget, managing a project, marketing and customer service. The level 3 qualification is aimed at those who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of a team across all occupations and sectors of employment. Candidates will be assessed by portfolio evidence generated by a range of work based activities and online projects.
