This course may be delivered as a stand-alone NVQ or as part of an Apprenticeship programme. During the course candidates will develop a solid foundation with regards to their leadership skills, and this will help them to lead and motivate their team and achieve targets. This programme is suitable for candidates that are employed or in a work placement where they are managing and leading a team. Typical job roles include: Team or Section Leader, Floor or Helpdesk Manager, Trainee Supervisor or Team Co-ordinator. The programme is delivered via a series of work based visits and assessments.
