This course may be delivered as a stand-alone NVQ or as part of an Apprenticeship programme. During the course candidates will cover areas such as communuicating with customers, following the rules to deliver customer service, maintaining a positive image, communicating effectively, dealing with customers face to face and in writing etc. This qualification responds to the employer need for high levels of customer service skills, and is primarily aimed at individuals whose job role is dedicated to customer service as an occupation. Typical job roles include Customer Service Advisers and Customer Support etc. The programme is delivered via a series of work based visits and assessments.
