You will gather evidence for the following; Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service Certificate in Customer Service Level 3 Key Skills/Functional Skills in Communication/English and Application of Number/Maths Employment Rights and Responsibilities You will be trained both on and off the job. You will further develop the skills needed for working in an office environment which could include developing working relationships with other people, supervising an office facility, producing documents, planning and running projects, organising and coordinating events and planning, organising and supporting meetings
