To achieve a level 3 diploma in Customer Services, you are required to achieve a minimum of 42 credits by completing the 2 mandatory units (12 credits) and then choosing optional units to the minimum value of 30 credits. The optional units can be chosen to reflect your job description. This qualification is normally completed within 9-12 months.
