The cleaning and support services qualification recognises skills and knowledge required to clean effectively and safely in a broad range of situations, which include interiors/exteriors, high risk areas, soft furnishings and hardwood floors. To achieve a level 2 certificate the learner must complete units to the minimum value of 18 credits. There are 4 mandatory units (9/10 credits) another 9 credits, from at least 3 units, must be achieved by choosing optional units to match the individual job description. The qualification is normally completed within six months.
