Our Business and Administration Apprenticeships provide learners with skills needed to progress in a business support role. Areas covered include administration, communication, providing reception services, IT skills and specialist areas. The Level 2 will suit those who are in or looking to move in to a junior role and want to develop their skills to become a future team leader or business manager. You will gain practical knowledge of more complex administrative support, perhaps supporting meetings and events or retrieving information.
