A full Apprenticeship/Advanced Apprenticeship consists of a main QCF qualification, a Technical Certificate and relevant Functional Skills qualifications. The exact requirements for the individual will depend on previous qualifications. Shape will conduct and Initial Assessment an Interview with all potential learners to determine the level of support needed to complete the programme.
