Specifically designed for older persons (50+), this course will allow you to maintain and improve your mobility, flexibility, strength and stamina and to develop techniques for relaxing the body. Students should wear loose, comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. It covers: Whole body workout, floor work for muscular strength and endurance, circuit training.
