Catering & Hospitality Advanced Apprenticeship at Level 3

Catering and hospitality covers a wide variety of roles including working with food and drink in tourism such as restaurants, hotels and cafes as well as working in schools and colleges, hospitals and large businesses. Training can be as front of house staff, where you learn how to serve customers or working behind the scenes as a chef. At this level you will be taking more responsibility in the workplace and may be supervising others. You will learn more about your chosen pathway and the options open to you in the workplace.
