Apprenticeships in Business Administration are for anyone who is going to handle the day to day tasks in an office and provide the support role within a business or organisation. Units studied may include: communication in a business environment, principles of providing administrative services, principles of business document production and information management, understanding employer organisations, managing personal performance and development and developing working relationships with colleagues.
