This Apprenticeship covers work in a broad range of digital technologies that help us use and share information, such as mobile phones, computers, broadband provision, and satellite communications. As an apprentice you will learn how to maintain IT networks and systems as well as how to use and operate databases and computers. Learners choose from a range of subjects including: computer games development, creating a procedural, an object orientated and an event driven computer program, customer care in ICT, data modelling, system management, technical fault diagnosis and IT user fundamentals.
