The apprenticeship encompasses a wide range of general computing & IT skills which can be applied across the industry as well as across many other businesses and organisations where good IT skills are vital. As an apprentice you will learn how to maintain IT networks and systems as well as how to use and operate databases and computers. This Apprenticeship covers work in a broad range of digital technologies that help us use and share information, such as mobile phones, computers, broadband provision, and satellite communications. At this level you will be taking more responsibility in the workplace and may be supervising others. The same Level 2 units will be completed but at a higher level.
