This course aims to help employees to develop a broad range of office skills and concentrates on core skills such as word processing, excel, database, internet and email and the development of effective organisational skills, team work, health and safety and telephone and communication skills. The structure of the qualification allows the employer and employee to tailor the programme to individual needs. Learners are required to build a portfolio of evidence, showing how competence has been demonstrated in the workplace.
