Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeship in Retail Skills

This course will enable learners to develop the skills required to work effectively in a modern retail environment. Students are required to complete core units relating to health and safety, security and working effectively. Optional units need to be chosen across the following subject groups. Stock storage and order processing, preparing products for sale, merchandising and selling goods, customer service, hygiene and goods movements. Learners are required to build a portfolio of evidence showing how competence has been demonstrated in the workplace.
