In its context it is a supervisory award where you will need to demonstrate all the qualities expected of a person in charge of a sports/ activity or a series of sporting activities. During the period of the guided learning you will gain specialist skills for example: undertaking a National Governing Body in sport award, undertaking and being assessed on dealing with accidents and incidents, planning, organising and delivering a 5 week activity programme for disabled people in sport and young children in sport.
