This course offers the Apprenticeship in Customer Service. You will gather evidence for the Level 2 Certificate (NVQ) in Customer Service, complete a technical certificate and Functional Skills in English and Maths. You will also learn about your employment rights and responsibilities in the workplace. Training will be delivered both on and off the job. The apprenticeship will help you to develop the skills needed to be a customer service advisor including delivering good customer service, giving customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation, processing customer service information, delivering reliable customer service, handling customer complaints and working as part of a team.
