You will gather evidence for the following; NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration Functional Skills Level 1 in English, Functional Skill Level 1 in Maths and Functional Skill Level 1 in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Employment Rights and Responsibilities Evidence will be gathered in the workplace. You will be trained both on and off the job. You will develop the skills needed for working in an office environment including working with other people, using office equipment, producing documents, dealing with visitors and using the telephone system.
