Apprenticeship consisting of NVQ Level 2 and required functional skills. This qualification is aimed at those wanting to maintain and improve customer service within the workplace. It will give knowledge, understanding and skills to prepare learners for the effective delivery of customer service. The qualification includes communication skills, following rules and regulations, promoting the salon’s services, dealing with customer problems and supporting improvements.
